John spent over 30 years as an award-winning photojournalist at the Chicago Tribune, and in the course of his assignments met extraordinary people with diverse personalities from all walks of life.
Along with the Chicago Tribune, his images have been widely published in the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Baltimore Sun, The Boston Globe and many more newspapers and Web sites. His photographs circulated through international news agencies such as the Associated Press, Agence France Presse and Knight Ridder.
“As newspaper photographers, our eyes are trained to look for special moments. We know how to find the things that are important and we can anticipate certain things because of that experience.”
With all his experience, John is able to capture wedding images so that when clients look at their albums, they relive their wedding and recall all those feelings associated with the day. He builds a personal relationship with his clients.
